Workers' Compensation Board of BC
The Workers' Compensation Board of B.C. (WCB) is dedicated to promoting workplace health and safety for the workers of British Columbia. The Worker' Compensation Board educate employers and workers and monitor compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. In the event of work-related injuries or diseases, the WCB works with the affected parties to provide return-to-work rehabilitation, compensation, health care benefits, and a range of other services.

Workers' Advisers
Workers' Advisers are appointed under Section 94 of the Workers Compensation Act to advise and assist clients in regards to Workers' Compensation Board benefits, policies, and the interpretation of the Act. Clients include injured workers who have WCB claims, their dependents, professional associations, union representatives, and injured workers' associations. Workers' Advisers do not work for the WCB.
Appealing WCB Decisions
The deadline for appealing a Review Division decision to WCAT is 30 days from the date of the Review Division decision.
The deadline for appealing a WCB decision to WCAT is 90 days from the date of the WCB decision.
